With 25+ years in software engineering, I deliver advanced technical knowledge and a proven record of strategic leadership.

My career journey started from teaching computer programming to professionals, when I was most of the time the youngest in the classroom. Teaching gave me enormous soft skills of how to engage everyone in the room so the material could be understood and fun to learn. My teaching experience helped me a lot to have strong knowledge when I shifted into practicing and building the actual product. 

From architecting telecom solutions at Ericsson to steering agile transformations at one of Telenor IoT products,  I bring a rare blend of technical credibility, user-centered thinking, and operational clarity. I specialize in guiding teams and stakeholders toward value-driven results, even in the most complex and cross-cultural environments.

Beyond the Career

I live in the south of Sweden with my wonderful husband, our curious 7-year-old daughter, and our three beloved cats. Life outside of work is a joyful balance between home and my passions: playing padel tennis, gardening in summer, reading self-development books, and walking with cats in the woods.

Learning from my daughter’s curiosity, and constantly reflect on how family life and nature teach us resilience, empathy, and creativity, are the skills that I carry into every team and project I lead.
